What is counted
Observed seller actions are clicks on Call, Directions and Website in the widget when the visitor allows analytics.
A quote link that opens a phone number or a website counts as a call or website action.
A phone click does not establish a completed call. Directions do not establish a store visit. A website click does not establish an order or a sale.
What is not counted
- Visitors who refuse analytics consent.
- Actions an ad blocker stops.
- Clicks on your locator page.
- Reservations, quote forms, campaign redirects and AI assistant activity.
Seller actions in your analytics
Host events are off by default. They require data-host-events="true" on the widget tag and analytics consent.
